The universe expresses a combination of different kinds of energy: there are forces of material energy, and also of spiritual energy. Each individual is similarly a combination of forces. There is the body, the intellect, the heart and the soul.

"Friends of Lubavitch UK", directed by Rabbi Faivish Vogel and his son Rabbi Yosef Vogel, seeks to harness these combined forces in the Jewish world in order to strengthen Jewish life today and ensure for the Jews of the UK, a wholesome and inclusive form of a Jewish tomorrow.

"FOL UK" has drawn together some of the most exceptional minds and personalities in Anglo-Jewry, and indeed globally, in order to support the wide-ranging activities of Lubavitch UK and also to open new frontiers in the exploration and communication of Jewish thought.

Activities of FOL UK include the annual Traditional Friday Night Dinner at the international MIPIM Property Conference in Cannes and the Annual "Worlds Converge" International Conference which brings together top rabbinic scholars with noted academics in order to investigate the eternal truths of Jewish teaching.
