Lubavitch UK is very concerned about the problems people have in finding a marriage partner. Every Chabad House Rabbi and Rebbetzin does their best, in a discreet way, to help people find their "intended". Some programmes and activities are specifically aimed at Singles.

CATCH-UK
If you are between the ages of 21 and 75, joining Lubavitch South Manchester's 'Catch UK' could expand your social horizons, beyond seeing the same faces at the same places, breaking into a new exciting social circle. In their first two years of operation, Catch UK boasted more than 50 engagements. It has over 1000 members around the country.

Catch UK is a state-of-the-art system which only matches you with people you specify, and even then only if you want to meet them.

Who are on our books?
10% of Catch UK members are non-affiliated, 15% progressive, 25% orthodox/Shomer-Shabbat, 50% traditional.

Community Project
'Catch' is a non-profit-making organisation set up by a group of singles, lay leaders and a Rabbi. The goals are to preserve and develop the Jewish culture, heritage and family of the next generation. This is a programme with a bottom line - To bring Jews Together! Our sole aim is to facilitate Jewish interaction and broaden the social horizons of its members.

Events
Besides organising regular meetings, functions and events, 'Catch' works with and supports many other Jewish groups involved in singles programmes.
