Every Lubavitch Centre and Chabad House is concerned for the Jews who live in small communities (or even in isolation). All Jewish services can be obtained from one's nearest Chabad House. At Head Office, the central department dealing with all needs of the Small Communities has been running for forty years and has been in close contact with hundreds of individuals and families round the country. It also produces an award winning magazine, Concord. Specially catering for those living in small communities, anywhere in the world.

Its director, Rabbi Yitzchok Sufrin is a member of the BBC ethnic relations forum, and was awarded The Community Relations Award in the European Year Against Racism -1997.
