Chabad-Lubavitch offers your Cheder inspiring programmes for each of the festivals. There is a Chanuka programme with an oil press and videos, bringing the Chanuka story to life; a Purim programme with 'Mishlo'ach Manot' kits, a Matza bakery when it comes to Pesach, and a Shofar factory for Rosh Hashana.

In addition a Scribe will demonstrate Scribal Art and let the young students try their own hand with quill and parchment, or you can learn how to make beautiful home-made Challa. For more information, see the Craft Workshops section on our site.

These activities can be brought to you in your Cheder, or they can be the focus of an interesting outing to the Jewish Family Centre in Golders Green Road, or to Lubavitch Headquarters in North London.
